Stanley was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Holy Family University in 1997. He proudly served his country as a Captain in the United States Air Force from 1999-2003, and got involved in home care while stationed in Tampa, Florida.
In 2008 Stanley finished his MSN at the University of Phoenix, as well as becoming Wound Care Certified (WCC). In March 2009 Stanley was appointed to the Leading Age PA (PANPHA's) SE PA Board of Directors, and became chair of the Home and Community Based Services Committee.
Since July 2009 Stanley has been with BHP Services, as the Administrator of BHP Service's home health care business line, Deer Meadows Home Health and Support Services, LLC (DMHHSS). He founded this new agency from its inception to its Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) Accreditation.

In 2012, Stanley got married, and now resides in Holland, Pennsylvania, with his wife Christine, stepdaughter Alexis, and their dog Nemo (his beloved German Shepherds have all changed worlds recently: Ashley, Sam, Katie, and Brutus). They enjoy spending time with their family and friends.
In the fall of 2012, Stanley and his family became involved in Mixed Martial Arts, which has helped him to lose over 80 pounds so far, in his quest to promote good health and overall quality of life.
In 2014, he became a certified instructor of the American Heart Association's Basic Life Support, CPR, and Heart Saver courses.
In 2015, he became a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA).
In July 2015, DMHHSS was given a 5 Star Agency on the CMS Home Health Compare Website, for our quality care under his leadership. It's the highest star rating given in the industry, and only 13 agencies in Pennsylvania have been honored with that recognition.
In December 2015, DMHHSS was selected to be part of the OCS Home Care Elite List.

On October 24, 2016 his son Stanley A. Rynkiewicz, IV was born, weighing 9lbs, 12 ounces. Stan relishes his newest role as dad and enjoys spending time with him, bringing much joy and happiness to his family.
In November 2016 he was elected by his peers to Pennsylvania Homecare Association's Board of Directors in a Director at Large position.
In November 2016 DMHHSS was selected for the 2nd year in a row to be part of the OCS Home Care Elite List.
As of the latest update of CMS Home Health Compare in April of 2017, DMHHSS was the only 5 Star Agency in Philadelphia. As of April 2017 there are only nine 5 Star Agencies in PA.
Irene is a Registered Nurse. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Irene has worked in numerous capacities within the nursing field, including education, intensive care, telemetry, cardiac, and medical/surgical.
In 2009 she transitioned into the Home Health Care field from the hospital setting. “I recognized the direction in which healthcare was heading, and the importance of keeping patients in their home to promote healing and overall well-being."
She earned her Wound Care Certification, and Ostomy Management Specialist training through the National Alliance of Wound and Ostomy Care. She is also a Chronic Care Specialist.
In 2014, she became a Certified BLS and Heart Saver Instructor for the American Heart Association. Irene has been at Deer Meadows since its commencement in 2009, and was a key player in building the business to its current status as a CMS Home Health Compare Five Star rated agency, and its election to the nationally recognized OCS Home Care Elite List in 2015.
As the Clinical Director, Irene directly oversees the clinical operations of both the Certified Home Health and Private Duty lines of business. She takes great pride in her dedicated staff, and recognizes that their care and commitment to their patients is the foundation of Deer Meadows Home Health and Support Service’s success.
Irene is a member of the Pennsylvania Homecare Association (PHA), and serves as a member of their Education Committee. She is the Co-Chairperson of the BHP Safety Committee.
Irene and her husband Paul, reside in Warminster, PA. They have four married children, Allison (Shane), Lauren (Christian), Paul (Lydia) and Dan (Lindsay), and are thrilled with the addition of their 5 grandchildren, Dylan, Paul, Joey, Ava and C.J. Irene and Paul like to travel and spend time with their special group of friends.
Gina is a Registered Nurse. She received her degree from Abington Dixon School of Nursing.
She was employed by Abington Hospital for 15 years, and worked in numerous capacities in the physician network as a medical assistant and office manager, before she started her nursing career as a cardiac nurse specializing in Heart Failure.
Gina joined the Deer Meadows Home Health and Support Service, LLC team in 2010 as a per diem RN, and became a full-time, home care nurse in 2011.
In 2015 Gina was promoted to Clinical Supervisor. In her role, she was responsible for ensuring that the patient’s care was coordinated and managed appropriately, as well as supervising clinical personnel.
Gina works with the Clinical Director in reviewing and evaluating the services provided by the clinicians, performing record reviews, and instructing and guiding clinicians to practice effective performance and delivery of quality home care services.
Gina resides in Philadelphia with her family. She enjoys being a mother to her two children, Taylor and Bobby.
Lydia is the Executive Assistant for Deer Meadows Home Health and Support Services. Lydia went to college in Northern Pennsylvania at Bloomsburg University where she received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration in Marketing.
Lydia graduated in May of 2008 and began working at a direct mail and marketing company. She was employed there for about three years. Lydia decided to take a new path in her career when she began working at Deer Meadows Home Health and Support Services in 2011. She started at the company as the Private Duty Schedule Coordinator and after hard work and dedication she was promoted to Officer Manger after a few years.
In 2016, Lydia moved to North Carolina with her husband and two boys and is happy to be able to still work as an Executive Assistant from home. She is excited to work for such a successful company and with such dedicated staff.
Kate graduated from Temple University’s Fox School of Business in 2010, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. While achieving her degree, she worked as an Assistant Store Manager for a popular woman’s shoe company. After graduation, Kate then decided to make a career move, and worked for New York Life Insurance Company for a few years as a Case Analyst.
After gaining some experience working in a high demand office setting, Kate joined our team in February 2013 as the Private Duty Administrative Assistant. She thrives in her job, working closely with the staff and co-workers to help build the ever growing home care agency. In September 2015 Kate was promoted to the Private Duty Coordinator position, and in April 2017 Kate was promoted to the Private Duty Manager.
She was married to her husband Will in September 2011. Kate and her husband have two children, Gabriella and Willie. She also enjoys softball, cooking, and spending time with her husband and family on weekends in Cape May, NJ.
Christine is the Scheduling Coordinator for nursing, therapy, and social work at Deer Meadows Home Health and Support Services, LLC.
Christine attended the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. After graduation, she found a temporary job at a busy home care agency in Langhorne, which would prove to become much more than just a temp job. She was promoted to Staffing Specialist as she honed the skills necessary to coordinate visits between nurses, social workers, home health aides, and hundreds of patients.
After almost two years, Christine was invited to join the Deer Meadows Home Health and Support Services team. She gladly accepted and has become a happy and valuable member since then.
Christine looks forward to a bright future in this ever-growing home care agency.
Chris has been our per diem Administrative Assistant since February of 2013, mostly handling payroll and human resources.
She has an Associate’s Degree in Specialized Technology, and has been a licensed cosmetologist for over 17 years. She is also a licensed EMT, with over 5 years of experience in the emergency room as an ER Tech.
A recent newlywed, she resides with her family in Holland, where she was born and raised. In her spare time, she enjoys doing MMA with her husband Stan, and daughter Alexis, doing home-improvement projects, and spending time with their dog, Nemo.
Matt is our community liaison at Deer Meadows Home Health and Support Services, LLC.
Matt received his Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications from Coastal Carolina University, located near Myrtle Beach,SC.
While achieving his degree he worked for a marketing company and had several internships in the sports industry. After graduation, Matt decided it was time to move back home closer to family and begin a career in healthcare. He is very passionate about helping others and is also a volunteer firefighter in his spare time.
Matt currently resides in Telford,PA. He enjoys playing and watching sports, spending time with family, cooking, and going to the shore during the summer.
I came to work for Deer Meadows Home Health and Support Services, LLC in April 2016 as an Administrative Assistant. I answer the phones, scan and help everyone in the office where I can be of service.
I was born and raised in the Oxford Circle area of Philadelphia, I am a graduate of Little Flower Catholic High School for Girls and Peirce College. I now reside in Marlton, NJ with my husband Robert and our dog Bella. In my spare time I enjoy bowling, traveling, spending time with family and friends.
Caryann is a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for DMHHSS.
Caryann graduated from Northeast High School in 2000 and is a Philadelphia native. She worked as a restaurant supervisor and catering assistant prior to her nursing education.
Caryann graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute from the Practical Nursing program in 2010 and worked as a home health aide during her studies. After receiving her nursing license, she focused on trach and vent care, working in the community as an adult/pediatric private-duty nurse with intellectually and developmentally disabled clients.
Caryann started as a per diem nurse at DMHHSS in May 2016 and soon became full-time in August 2016. Caryann resides in Philadelphia with her husband and two children. In her free time she enjoys singing, entertaining and spending time with her family and friends.
Carol is a native Philadelphian and graduated from Northeast High. She is a Registered Nurse. Carol received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hampton University in Hampton, VA. She was employed at various facilities throughout the city and suburbs of Philadelphia including St. Joseph's, Germantown, Aria, Lower Bucks and Jefferson University Hospital. She was employed over 20 years in Intensive Care and has experience in home care, long term care and psychiatric nursing. She has held positions as an Assistant Head Nurse, Unit Manager and Case Manager.
Carol joined the team at Deer Meadows Home Health in 2015 as a full time employee.
Carol is married to Eddie and resides in Bristol, PA. They have two sons, Edward Jr. and Craig and a granddaughter, Remi. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, church and entertaining around the pool.
Susan is a full-time Registered Nurse at DMHHSS. Susan graduated from Holy Family University with a Bachelors in Nursing Science. After graduating she worked at St Mary Medical Center for several years as a pool per diem nurse on a telemetry/heart failure unit. In 2010, Susan continued her education and attended University of Phoenix graduating with a Masters Degree in Nursing Health education.
Susan started as a per diem nurse at DMHHS in 2012 and became a full-time employee in 2014. Susan also became Wound care certified (WCC) in October 2015. Susan resides in Philadelphia with her husband and three children. On her free time she enjoys spending time with her family.
Dawn is a full time Resisted Nurse for DMHHSS. She attended Temple University and received a BA in Speech, Language and Hearing. After graduating from Temple she decided a few years later that she would like to pursue a degree in nursing.
Dawn attended Abington Memorial Hospital, Dixon School of Nursing. While in nursing school she worked as a nursing assistant. After nursing school she worked as a cardiac nurse specializing in Heart Failure and LVADs. Dawn began working as a per diem nurse with Deer Meadows Home care in 2012 and became a full time employee with DMHHSS in 2014 as a case manager. Dawn became certified as a Wound Care nurse (WCC) in October of 2015. Dawn lives in philadelphia with her husband Joe and her daughter Alexandra. In her free time Dawn enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Melissa is a full-time registered nurse at DMHHSS. She attended Gwynedd Mercy College where she graduated with her Associate of Science in Nursing in 2010. After graduation she received a part-time pediatric home care position until she started working full-time as a psychiatric nurse case manager, providing care for the homeless population of Philadelphia. During that time, she also obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University.
In 2012, Melissa started her management career as an RN Unit Manager where she continued to grow, eventually becoming an Assistant Director of Nursing. As an ADON, she obtained experience as a Skin Integrity Coordinator, Infection Control Coordinator, and Nurse Practice Educator.
In 2018, Melissa decided to return to home care and joined the DMHHSS team. Melissa lives in Philadelphia with her boyfriend and son. In her free time she enjoys attending her son's sports events, reading, and spending time with her family and dogs.
Toni is a full time physical therapist. She was born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Temple University in 2004. Toni then went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree in 2007 from Temple University. She has worked in multiple settings over the years including Outpatient Pediatrics, Acute Care, Subacute Rehab, and Home Care.
In 2009, she became a Certified Clinical Instructor from Arcadia University and during her 9 years at Holy Redeemer Hospital instructed many students. Toni joined the Deer Meadows Home Care team in January 2015 as a Per Diem Physical Therapist and recently accepted a full time PT position. She resides in Pennsauken, NJ with her husband and two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys running, staying active and spending time with her family.
Jess is originally from New Jersey. Jess attended Drexel University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Minor in Spanish Language. Jess attended MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree. After graduating, Jess picked up and moved across the country to Seattle, WA where she worked with primarily Outpatient Orthopaedic and Neurologic population.
Jess has been working with patients of all ages and varying diagnosis and is excited to continue learn while working at Deer Meadows. Jess enjoys spending time with friends, family, and of course her dog, whether it's traveling, hiking, camping, or anything else outside. Jess hopes to one day obtain her clinical specialty license in geriatrics or neurologic populations
Diane was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She received her Certified Nursing Assistance certification through the District 1199C Training & Upgrading Fund in 2003.
Diane states: “I love my job! I enjoy seeing the smiles on my patients’ faces when I care for them and help them.”
When Diane is not out in the field caring for her patients with activities of daily living, she is helping out in the office. Diane is diligent with completing her required monthly continuing education credits.
Diane is certified in CPR, first aid training, caring for children with autism and folks with mental disabilities.
Diane is married for 11 years and she enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends.
Stephanie Kalup became a certified nursing assistant in 2002 where she worked pool for Northeastern Hospital. In 2005, Stephanie graduated from Episcopal Hospital School of Practical Nursing. Stephanie went to work in long term care and assisted living gaining knowledge of the geriatric population. In 2008, Stephanie began working for Comhar which she specialized in working with clients with Intellectual disabilities living in group homes throughout Philadelphia and Montgomery counties. She worked in this field for 8 years. Stephanie began working at Deer Meadows Home Health Care Agency in the spring of 2016 as a pool LPN. Stephanie took a full time position in July 2016.
Stephanie resides in the Somerton area of Northeast Philadelphia. She is married to her husband Jason with two children Hannah and Ryan. Stephanie is also a licensed realtor in Pennsylvania.
Keyata Williams was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA but completed her High School education in the state of Maryland and graduated from Crossland High School in Landover MD in 1999.
After graduating Keyata moved back to Philadelphia and started working at Deer Meadow Retirement Community in April 2000 as an Activity Aide. After a year of working in the activities department Keyata decided she wanted to become more hands on with the patients and became a Social Services Assistant (SSA).
Keyata enjoys making the patients and residents happy. Keyata worked for DMRC for 17 years as a hard and dedicated employee. In September 2015 after working hands on with the residents at DMRC she decided to further her career and become a Certified Nursing Assistant. She completed the program at Prism Career Institute at the end of 2015 and was licensed as a C.N.A. in early 2016.
Most recently Keyata accepted a position with Deer Meadows Home Health as the Private Duty Administrative Assistant. Through this position Keyata can still work with the patients, but with a less hands on approach making sure there schedules are covered and each patient is being well taken care of. When Keyata is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family.
