Spending 35 years working in the health care business sector, a better understanding of meeting the patient’s needs has been the outcome of accumulating this knowledge. At the start of my career, over 20 years at Blue Cross and affiliates, had introduced me to the health care insurance industry, working with doctors, hospitals and patients provided a better understanding of the billing and adjustment process. Following those years, I worked for doctor’s offices, skilled nursing facilities and home care providers.
