Stanley Anthony Rynkiewicz III
RN, MSN, WCC, DWC, CCS, NHA, OMS, AWCC, CSWS, CHHPO
Stanley was born and raised in Philadelphia and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Holy Family University. He proudly served his country as a Captain in the United States Air Force and got involved in home care while stationed in Tampa, Florida. He earned his Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. Stanley has been with BHP Services as the Administrator of their home health care business line Deer Meadows Home Health and Support Services, LLC (DMHHSS) since 2009. He is also Corporate Compliance Officer for BHP Services. DMHHSS is accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) and was previously recognized by CMS Home Health Compare’s website as a 5 Star Agency for over 4 years (2015-2019).
Stanley got married in 2012 and lives with his wife Christine and stepdaughter Alexis in Holland, Pennsylvania. In 2016 they welcomed a son, Stanley A. Rynkiewicz IV.
In November 2018 he became a Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) Certified Home Health Consultant. In November 2018 DMHHSS was selected for the 4th year in a row to be part of the OCS Home Care Elite List. In addition, in March 2019 CHAP’s Board of Directors appointed him to CHAP’s Board of Review for all Accreditations. Between 2020-2022 during the COVID Pandemic Stanley grew DMHHSS by over 200% while reducing hospitalizations rates and achieving superior outcomes.
In 2022 Stanley started his own consulting company Rynkiewicz Health Care Consulting, LLC (RHCC). Stanley has served as Southeast Board Chair member of the Pennsylvania Home Care Association for the past 6 years, and is currently the elected the Secretary/ Treasurer of the Pennsylvania Home Care Association and Chair of the Southeast Pennsylvania Healthcare Coalition Home Health and Hospice Committee.

Lydia Dudley
Lydia graduated in May of 2008 and began working at a direct mail and marketing company. She was employed there for about three years. Lydia decided to take a new path in her career when she began working at Deer Meadows Home Health and Support Services in 2011. She started at the company as the Private Duty Schedule Coordinator and after hard work and dedication she was promoted to Officer Manger after a few years.
In 2016, Lydia moved to North Carolina with her husband and two boys and is happy to be able to still work as an Executive Assistant from home. She is excited to work for such a successful company and with such dedicated staff.
Gina Grosh
RN, WCC
Gina is a Registered Nurse. She received her degree from Abington Dixon School of Nursing.She was employed by Abington Hospital for 15 years, and worked in numerous capacities in the physician network as a medical assistant and office manager, before she started her nursing career as a cardiac nurse specializing in Heart Failure.
Gina joined the Deer Meadows Home Health and Support Service, LLC team in 2010 as a per diem RN, and became a full-time, home care nurse in 2011.
In 2015 Gina was promoted to Clinical Supervisor. In her role, she was responsible for ensuring that the patient’s care was coordinated and managed appropriately, as well as supervising clinical personnel.
Gina works with the Clinical Director in reviewing and evaluating the services provided by the clinicians, performing record reviews, and instructing and guiding clinicians to practice effective performance and delivery of quality home care services.
Gina resides in Philadelphia with her family. She enjoys being a mother to her two children, Taylor and Bobby.
Kate Liggins
Kate graduated from Temple University’s Fox School of Business in 2010, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. While achieving her degree, she worked as an Assistant Store Manager for a popular woman’s shoe company. After graduation, Kate then decided to make a career move, and worked for New York Life Insurance Company for a few years as a Case Analyst.
After gaining some experience working in a high demand office setting, Kate joined our team in February 2013 as the Private Duty Administrative Assistant. She thrives in her job, working closely with the staff and co-workers to help build the ever growing home care agency. In September 2015 Kate was promoted to the Private Duty Coordinator position, and in April 2017 Kate was promoted to the Private Duty Manager.
She was married to her husband Will in September 2011. Kate and her husband have two children, Gabriella and Willie. She also enjoys softball, cooking, and spending time with her husband and family on weekends in Cape May, NJ.
Stephanie Kalup
LPN
Stephanie Kalup became a certified nursing assistant in 2002 where she worked pool for Northeastern Hospital. In 2005, Stephanie graduated from Episcopal Hospital School of Practical Nursing. Stephanie went to work in long term care and assisted living gaining knowledge of the geriatric population. In 2008, Stephanie began working for Comhar which she specialized in working with clients with Intellectual disabilities living in group homes throughout Philadelphia and Montgomery counties. She worked in this field for 8 years. Stephanie began working at Deer Meadows Home Health Care Agency in the spring of 2016 as a pool LPN. Stephanie took a full time position in July 2016.
Stephanie resides in the Somerton area of Northeast Philadelphia. She is married to her husband Jason with two children Hannah and Ryan. Stephanie is also a licensed realtor in Pennsylvania.
Antoinette Amodei
PT,DPT, CCI
Toni is a licensed physical therapist. She was born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Temple University in 2004. Toni then went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree in 2007 from Temple University. She has worked in multiple settings over the years including Outpatient Pediatrics, Acute Care, Subacute Rehab, and Home Care. In 2009, she became a Certified Clinical Instructor from Arcadia University.
Toni joined the Deer Meadows Home Care team in January 2015 and became a full time, home care PT in 2016. Toni was recently promoted to Rehabilitation Supervisor. In her new role, she will continue to provide patient care as well as train, supervise and evaluate the performance of the Rehabilitation Staff.
She resides in Pennsauken, NJ with her husband and two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys running, staying active and spending time with her family.
Christine Rynkiewicz
Chris has been our per diem Administrative Assistant since February of 2013, mostly handling payroll and human resources. She has an Associate’s Degree in Specialized Technology, and has been a licensed cosmetologist for over 17 years. She is also a licensed EMT, with over 5 years of experience in the emergency room as an ER Tech.
A recent newlywed, she resides with her family in Holland, where she was born and raised. In her spare time, she enjoys doing MMA with her husband Stan, and daughter Alexis, doing home-improvement projects, and spending time with their dog, Nemo.
Felicia Alber
I came to work for Deer Meadows Home Health and Support Services, LLC in April 2016 as an Administrative Assistant. I answer the phones, scan and help everyone in the office where I can be of service.
I was born and raised in the Oxford Circle area of Philadelphia, I am a graduate of Little Flower Catholic High School for Girls and Peirce College. I now reside in Marlton, NJ with my husband Robert and our dog Bella. In my spare time I enjoy bowling, traveling, spending time with family and friends.
Dawn Boggs
RN
Dawn is a full time Resisted Nurse for DMHHSS. She attended Temple University and received a BA in Speech, Language and Hearing. After graduating from Temple she decided a few years later that she would like to pursue a degree in nursing.
Dawn attended Abington Memorial Hospital, Dixon School of Nursing. While in nursing school she worked as a nursing assistant. After nursing school she worked as a cardiac nurse specializing in Heart Failure and LVADs. Dawn began working as a per diem nurse with Deer Meadows Home care in 2012 and became a full time employee with DMHHSS in 2014 as a case manager. Dawn became certified as a Wound Care nurse (WCC) in October of 2015. Dawn lives in Philadelphia with her husband Joe and her daughter Alexandra. In her free time Dawn enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Pat Pinkett
Spending 35 years working in the health care business sector, a better understanding of meeting the patient’s needs has been the outcome of accumulating this knowledge. At the start of my career, over 20 years at Blue Cross and affiliates, had introduced me to the health care insurance industry, working with doctors, hospitals and patients provided a better understanding of the billing and adjustment process. Following those years, I worked for doctor’s offices, skilled nursing facilities and home care providers.
I am a dedicated animal lover, a lifelong rescuer, and champion of all positive.
Being out in the community is the best part of my day, meeting and sharing valuable information and contacts with current and potentially new clients is the goal of my week. Deer Meadows has provided me with a continued opportunity to keep our community updated with ever changing health and well-being related information.
