Deer Meadows Home Health and Support Services Once Again Named 5 Star Agency!
The Pennsylvania Homecare Association is pleased to announce that member agency Deer Meadows Home Health & Support Services, LLC in Philadelphia has earned 5 stars from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) through a new rating system for home health care providers.
The Home Health Compare data on Medicare’s website was updated on 4/20/2016 and Deer Meadows Home Health and Support Services, LLC (DMHHSS) was once again rated as a 5 STAR agency.
